Do you offer bat knocking-in services?
Yes, all our premium English Willow bats can be professionally knocked-in by our experts for an additional fee to ensure they are match-ready upon arrival.
What is your return policy for cricket equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that used bats or customized teamwear cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.
How long does international shipping take?
We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing times.
Are COBRA CRICKET products covered by a warranty?
Our bats come with a 6-month limited warranty covering handle breakage and major cleft splits, provided the bat has been properly maintained and knocked-in.
